Leadership
C4 LLC founder Chris Lill was born and raised in small-town North Dakota. Growing up on a farm, Chris was immersed in various aspects of construction as part of daily life. His pursuit of a diverse background and excellence in his craft has led him through roles ranging from laborer to executive since formally beginning his career in the industry in 2007.

My abilities to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and provide a clear vision of the path forward have led me through over 200 successful projects and significant trajectory impacts at the executive level. I've had the good fortune to work closely and effectively with municipalities, architects, engineers, clients, internal labor forces, general contractors, and subcontractors. This experience has provided me with the ability to build and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
